Dan Skelton is the son of British Olympic gold medallist Nick Skelton and the older brother of champion jockey Harry Skelton.

Skelton spent nine years working at the stables of Paul Nicholls.

Dan Skelton Racing was established in 2013 and is set in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. The home of Team Skelton is set across two yards, Lodge Hill and Badbury Hill Barn, which together offer some of the finest facilities for training the racehorse in the UK.

Dan recognises the importance of a strong support team and alongside his wife Grace, brother Harry and sister-in-law Bridget, has assembled Team Skelton to combine a wealth of expertise and skills across many areas of the industry. 

"In the relatively short time since the formation of Team Skelton, we have enjoyed success on the biggest stages of National Hunt racing and at the highest level. As a team it is our aim to offer a unique experience for our owners and to bring out the best in the horses in our care."
