Racehorse training is a proud tradition of the Grassick family. The mantle has been handed down from Christy Grassick to Michael Grassick Snr. and now to Michael Grassick Jnr.

Michael had been assistant to his father for many years before taking over the training licence in 2013. He also gained valuable experience abroad, working in Melbourne Australia, and was a graduate of the Irish National Stud course in 2005.

Built in 1990 Fenpark Stables has been the home to many wonderful racehorses.

His notable winners include TEXAS ROCK, who won the Owenstown Stud Stakes (Listed Race) and the Waterford Testimonial Stakes (Listed Race), and VERHOYEN who won the Tote Scurry Handicap (Premier Handicap).
