ONLINE HAMMER FALLS AT £50,000 FOR HUBRISKO

Thursday 14th September 2023 – Hubrisko has sold for £50,000 in ThoroughBid’s September Sale.
The 6yo gelding by Doctor Dino was consigned by trainer Willie Mullins after winning a Beginner’s Chase three weeks ago, earning himself a rating of 137 over fences.
The promising chaser, who won a bumper on debut and over hurdles last season, was purchased by Normans, Ramsay, Tufnell & Bishop; the owners of smart Chaser, Didero Vallis, who moved from Closutton to Venetia Williams back in 2018.
The September Sale, which had a mixed catalogue of 22 lots including breeding stock as well as both Flat and National Hunt Horses-in-Training, also saw Henry de Bromhead’s Western Cowboy, winner of a Limerick maiden hurdle, sell for £9,000 and Somerset trainer Ben Lund go to £7,500 for recent hat-trick scorer Rock The House.
